蔓莓合桃麵包 Cranberry & Walnut Bread

謝謝胡新奶奶的食譜:

材料:

1 1 杯 Water 1 cup
2 奶粉 2 湯匙 Milk Powder 2 tbsp
3 檻欖油 2 湯匙 Olive Oil 2 tbsp
4 1 只 Egg 1 no.
5 ¼茶匙 Salt ¼ tsp
6 砂糖 2 湯匙 Sugar 2 tbsp
7 高筋麵粉 450 g Bread Flour 450 g
8 低筋麵粉 50 g Cake Flour 50 g
9 酵母 (依士) 1 茶匙 Yeast 1 tsp
10 蔓莓乾 ½ 杯 Cranberry ½ cup
11 去殼合桃 ½ 杯 Walnut ½ cup

做法:

1. 把材料 1 至 6 順序放入麵包機.

2. 高筋麵粉及低筋麵粉先用篩篩過, 然後放入麵包機內.

3. 最後加入酵母, 開動麵包機.

4. 蔓莓乾及合桃肉撲上麵粉, 在開動麵包機 30 分鐘後加入麵包機內. 此時粉團應巳形成.

5. 當麵包機完成培烘時, 取出麵包, 放在架上30 分鐘.
