做法 Method:
1. 金針菇切碎, 放入大碗內, 加入蛋. 1. Placed chopped enokitake and egg into a deep bowl.
2. 加入鹽和黑胡椒,麻油略為拌勻. 2. add salt, fresh ground black pepper and sesame seed oil to the egg mixture, stir well.
3. 燒熱平底鍋, 放少許油,放入一湯匙蛋漿, 用慢火煎至蛋熟便成. 3. Heat oil in a pan, add the egg mixture 1 tablespoonful at a time, pan fry the egg omelette until cooked.
